Back to Work (BTW) is dedicated to increasing the number of women, especially mothers, in workplace pipelines in an effort to advance their presence in all levels of an organization. BTW consults to organizations and individuals on issues that can impact a woman’s career progress.
We specialize in the impact that motherhood has on women’s careers and the consequent impact it has on organizational goals to propel women into higher levels of management. Research shows that motherhood is the primary driver of gender inequality in the workplace. With a majority of women in the US workforce being mothers, BTW’s mission is to help align organizations’ goals of equitable gender representation with those of the mothers who can be the key foundation of such initiative.
